Refund Policy


To cancel your registration for an event, follow these instructions that are available here.

Our team will then process your refund. It can take upto 7 days for the team to process your refund, once done, you will receive an email confirming that it’s been processed, and from this date, it can take upto another 7 days for the money to be returned to your account. 

Refunds cannot be made for cancellations within seven days of the event, unless there are extenuating circumstances, and these will be reviewed on a case by case basis. When requesting a refund during this period, please give as much information as possible in the request form.

If you wish to discuss an event refund prior to the event, please contact us using the contact form available on our website. Refunds after the event will not be considered.

Please note, that whilst we are able to refund the ticket price, we are unable to refund the Eventbrite service charges.
